Mechanisms of information influence in the context of diplomatic relations

Abstract

The study analyses mechanisms of information influence in diplomatic relations, such as media wars, cyber propaganda and manipulation of public opinion. The tools used to influence the political decisions of governments are considered separately. The importance of adapting diplomacy to the new challenges of information warfare in modern international relations is emphasised.
