Abstract

The report examines the role of communication mechanisms in resolving international aviation conflicts and analyzes the challenges arising from globalization, increasing terrorist threats, and technological changes in the aviation sphere. Special attention is paid to cooperation between states, international organizations, and other aviation stakeholders in matters of flight safety.
