Abstract

Globalization of the world economy provides an opportunity to conduct international business involving participants from all over the world in its processes. The other side of this possibility is a wide range of risks, the occurrence of which can cause critical destruction of the company. Administration of mechanisms for counteraction and risk avoidance becomes one of the main functions of management personnel.
