Abstract

Anti-crisis management in a broad sense aims not only to overcome the consequences of negative events at transport enterprises, but also to prevent their occurrence. Analysis of organizational behavior allows us to identify the prerequisites for the formation of various business risks. The grouping of anti-crisis management tools is carried out in accordance with the nature of crises.
