Abstract

The work examines ways to ensure effective use of the company's potential in conditions of increased competition. The main attention is paid to the influence of digital technologies, analytical and financial tools as key elements of increasing the level of potential and, accordingly, the competitiveness of the enterprise. The analysis shows that digital transformation and the use of analytical tools significantly improve the efficiency of business processes and interaction with customers. Financial instruments play an important role in ensuring the effective use of the enterprise's potential.
