Abstract

A visual positioning system uses cameras to determine the position of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in space by analyzing visual data and comparing it with previously collected data or maps. Computer vision algorithms process images to identify objects and locate UAVs. VPS can be used as an auxiliary system for Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) such as GPS to improve positioning accuracy.
