Methodical aspects of safety management and main approaches to its regulation

Abstract

A meaningful analysis of requirements for harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with international standards and recommendations of ICAO, IATA and EASA was carried out. Methodological aspects that have a significant impact on ensuring flight safety and creating favorable conditions for international aviation activities are proposed and considered.
