Review of the textbook "Administrative Law of Ukraine" edited by Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Dikhtievsky P.V.
The reviewer notes that this work is based on the latest views on the purpose, subject and methodology of administrative law. The team of authors relies on modern approaches, in the framework of which they find the embodiment of the equal legal position of the public authority and the citizen, the need for administrative bodies to ensure the protection of the legal rights, freedoms and interests of citizens. Also, the author's team adheres to the latest requirements of the credit-module system for the organization of the educational process. The authors managed to qualitatively combine the theory of the taught questions with examples, which together create a harmonious system of mastering the subject. The succinctly formulated questions for each chapter of the textbook actualize the reader's attention and allow the student to concentrate on important aspects of the reading, which enables quality preparation for the assessment (exam).
This textbook will be useful for teachers, students, graduate students of institutions of higher education, as well as a wide range of readers who are interested in issues of administrative law.
