ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE HUMANITARIAN COMPONENT OF AVIATION SECURITY

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to consider the issue of legal principles regarding the problems of ensuring aviation security from the standpoint of the humanitarian component, outline the models of ensuring aviation security and aviation security, and develop the problem of the humanitarian component of aviation security. Research methods: the main scientific methods of formal logic, system analysis and the classification method were used during the work. The method of system analysis is applied accordingly to determine special and general mechanisms for ensuring aviation safety. The method of formal logic made it possible to determine scientific views on the problems of aviation safety. The method of classifications made it possible to determine the ways of further improvement of the institutional foundations of the administration of aviation security. The forecasting method made it possible to outline ways to improve the humanitarian component of aviation security. The modeling method made it possible to determine the place and role of humanitarian elements in the aviation security system. Results: the study of the issue of the legal foundations of the administration of increasing the level of aviation safety is part of the study of the problems of applied science, philosophy of law, economic and aviation law. The results of the research presented in this scientific article make it possible to determine further steps in the study of the problems of the development of legal science and the humanitarian component of ensuring aviation security. Discussion: the problems of increasing the level of aviation safety are applied from the standpoint of the development of the philosophy of law and aviation law; problems of the humanitarian component of aviation security allow us to assert the existence of a «humanitarian component of avionics».
