EDUCATION AS A FACTOR OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT IN POST-SOCIALIST STATES

Abstract

 The post-soviet countries are developing the capitalist economic relations, which are critical to inclusion into the global market relations. Yet, to win a niche in the international market, the economy must be competitive. A necessary condition for competitive economy is the innovative development, which, in turn, is defined by the state of educational institutions.
