PROBLEM OF GENDER ASSYMETRY ON A GLOBAL SCALE

The article analyzes the essence of gender inequality in the international labor market, the causes and consequences of the current state of discontinuity of opportunities among men and women and their access to workplaces in different countries. Based on empirical studies, the differences between the existing and the potential gross domestic product of many economies in the case of establishing gender equality were clarified.
