MODEL OF POSSIBLE DESTRUCTIVE ACTIONS OF PERSONNEL OF ICS PROVIDED AVAILABILITY OF DESTABILIZING INFLUENCE IN THE ASPECT OF INFORMATION SECURITY

The article is devoted to the information security of industrial control systems (ICS) under the influence of the destabilizing effect on staff. A model of the possible destructive actions of ICS staff subject to the availability of internal and/or external destabilizing influences is given.
An analysis of the likelihood of action destabilizing effect on the staff and the possibility of the service personnel destructive actions aimed at violation of information security of the industrial control systems is given.
Investigated the effect of factors on the staff: as external destabilizing influences, what are the information-psychological impact and destabilizing effects of internal, what is the many of human needs, through which may be disclosed providing of information security of man-machine control systems.
As a result of executed the analysis and research are given specific recommendations on providing information security of industrial control systems.
