Abstract

The method of reconstruction of a vector scaling a component transformant is developed. The sequence and a way of decoding of the key structural parameters of a vector scaling a component is described. Decoding is used on length of series and on a maximal dynamic range. A conclusion is done, that receipt of the last components the vector of scaling a component is carried out on the basis of information about the first two structural con-
stituents.
