THE METHOD OF TIME SPENT ESTIMATING ON PROCESSING AND TRANSMISSION OF COMPRESSED VIDEO STREAM

Abstract

Basic design method, allowing to bring an estimation over descriptions intensity stream of the compressed videoshots times are expounded in the article. Estimation is conducted for the method compression of differential shots with an exposure and separate treatment stationary background and dynamic constituent. For keeping the component dynamic constituent in relation to a stationary background is utilized matrix of binary mask. As descriptions of estimation efficiency technologies compression the indexes delay are utilized on treatment, including a compression both renewal and communication compressed data on ductings connection. Symmetry process compression and reconstruction shots is thus taken into account. It is rotined that a delay on treatment largely  depends on the amount operations, expended on the compression dynamic constituent. In same queue the delay of transmission on ductings connection ponderable depends on the volume the compact presented dynamic constituent. Terms at which temporal expenses on treatment and transmission videostream for the developed technology diminish in relation to  temporal expenses for technology of MPEG are certain.

�ва � ���- P�4 �жатие динамической составляющей. В свою очередь задержка передачи по каналам связи весомо зависит от объема компактно представленной динамической составляющей. Определены условия, при которых временные затраты на обработку и передачу видеопотока для разработанной технологии уменьшаются относительно  временных затрат для технологии MPEG.
