Abstract

The paper theoretically generalized and systematized methodological basis to determine the essential characteristics of CSR Trans-National Corporations analyzed and disclosed the latest trends in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices of TNCs are considered target imperatives multinationals in corporate social responsibility, determines the motives of TNCs to implement CSR practices in the home country, the advantages and disadvantages implementation global and local strategies
