Abstract

The article reveals the main advantages and disadvantages of digital technologies of distance learning in educational institutions. The most effective version of the Internet network for distance learning in physical education has been determined. It was found that distance learning allows to ensure the continuity of the educational process even in exceptional cases when a physical visit to the educational institution is impossible. The peculiarities of distance education in the context of physical education are analyzed.
