The article discloses the role of partnership between institutions of out-of-school and higher education in ensuring the integrated development of future specialists. The key mechanisms of cooperation that contribute to the formation of professional identity and practical skills among young people are highlighted. Thanks to out-of-school education, students develop flexible competencies, creative thinking and research skills, while universities provide them with the necessary scientific and methodological base. The article analyzes the impact of the integration of educational processes on the preparation of young people for successful academic and professional activities.
