Abstract

The development of a gifted personality in the modern education system and the teacher's contribution to the formation of her giftedness are considered. The article examines the problem of the influence of education on the development of a gifted individual, the possibilities of ensuring the educational process and the content of education as a means of personality formation. The article presents an analysis of the main approaches to the problem of training teachers to work with gifted children and youth.
