The article deals with modern aspects of the use of information and communication technologies in the process of distance learning for higher education applicants. The use and influence of information and communication technologies on the quality of distance education for students of the Municipal Establishment «Kharkiv Humanitarian Pedagogical Academy» of Kharkiv Regional Council was studied by questioning to form students' professional competencies and improve the level of future specialists.
