Abstract

The article analyzes the teacher's skills, which are important for the effective implementation of the educational process. The meaning of the terms soft and hard skills is specified. The place of soft and hard skills in the structure of teacher's professional competence has been established. Thanks to the comprehensive application of such skills, the teacher will be able to effectively organize the educational process, using modern technologies and teaching methods, assess the level of knowledge of students and develop their professional skills.
