Abstract

The article considers the system of methodological service as a modern form of activity aimed at the professional growth of a teacher of an educational institution. The authors identify the types of services and provide recommendations that should be taken into account in building the methodological work of the institution in modern conditions. The article highlights the actual aspects of the development of pedagogical staff under martial law and some tips for overcoming the professional problems of teachers.
