The article examines the ways of safe psychological conditions in a modern educational institution; positive communication of pedagogical, student and parent communities regarding the creation of favorable working and learning conditions; key aspects of modern challenges of war; different positions of teachers, psychologists, doctors regarding the psychological safety of the individual.
