Abstract

The problems regarding an essence and features of providing legal education of state population are considered. Additionally, a provision that an achievement of a final result in the form of proper legal education of citizens and society as a whole should be based on combined efforts of all educational process participants is substantiated. It is concluded that important importance should be given to the conscious attitude to the process of acquisition and assimilation of legal knowledge by the citizens themselves.
