Abstract

The article attempts to highlight the activities of educational institutions regarding the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process and their impact on improving the quality of students' knowledge. Innovative approaches give grounds for asserting that thanks to their introduction, the quality of the educational process improves to a large extent. The article examines the definition of the concept of «innovation», «innovative pedagogical technologies», in particular, the discussion of society's requirements for a person of the 21st century and the need for the formation of critical thinking skills in beginners.
