Even under martial law, it is necessary to guarantee all the rights granted to citizens and enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine, one of which is the right to education. Today, educators must unite their efforts to find ways to solve the problems caused by the war. Like all sectors of society, the education industry underwent significant changes during the war. As a result of the threat to life, hostilities and the temporary occupation of certain territories, some educators were forced to move within Ukraine or abroad. Some teachers and students remained in the temporarily occupied territories, needing special support from the state. The right to education in wartime conditions should be provided in full, if possible. There should be remote classes, face-to-face classes in places that have the opportunity to receive students, students in educational institutions located in safe places of the country.
