MIX-TRAINING AS AN INNOVATIVE MEANS OF TRAINING FUTURE FITNESS SPECIALISTS

The article considers mixed training in different types of fitness programs for professional training of students. At first glance, it may seem an unusual combination in the "Fit Mix" of such fitness training as fitbox, isoton, fit yoga and Pilates. However, this "assorted" is able to "surprise" the whole body. This applies to both the muscles that support posture and the respiratory muscles, which are the basis not only of a perfect figure, but also of healthy health.
