The article substantiates the need to improve the training of foreign students, future aviation engineers, due to the specifics of the professional activities of aviation professionals, important characteristics of which are the multicultural environment and the presence of uncertain conditions. One of the necessary conditions for the formation of readiness for professional activity of foreigners-future engineers of the aviation industry is the successful implementation of their individual educational trajectory. Its peculiarity lies in the formation of students not only professional skills and qualities (Hard Skills), but also social or Soft Skills. Such skills include: resilience, flexibility, tolerance for uncertainty, the ability to work in a team, creativity, communication skills, emotional intelligence, the ability to manage their time and others.
