Theoretico-legal problems of decision of labour disputes (on current legislation of Ukrain)

Abstract

During realization of relations of people during labour activity between workers and proprietors of enterprises or upovnovazhenimi by them can arise up organs and often arise up different sort of misunderstanding. Mostly they carry individual character, for the decision of which a legislation about labour is foresee set procedure which isexhaust enough and permanent. From time to time the most hired workers appear in such state, that have a right on a receipt from the employers regardless of forms of the property.
