Review of the monograph Romanyuk B.V., Bantyshev O. F. «Criminal liability for causing death to a person: qualification of such acts and their delineation from related offenses».
It is noted that the work is the first comprehensive study of the legal protection of human life in Ukraine under the new criminal law, and therefore deserves the attention of scientists, practitioners and legislators.
