Обґрунтування методів контролю границі порода-вугілля для вугільно добувних комбайнів

Анотація

У даній статті розглядається питання діагностики сучасними методами контролю границі розділу порода-вугілля, які базуються на застосуванні різноманітних датчиків та підходів. Наведено детальний аналіз результатів роботи різних методів для контрою границі порода-вугілля, а саме таких як метод, заснований на різниці опору різання вугілля та породи, метод використання різниці пружних властивостей породи і вугілля, їх коефіцієнтів тертя та ультразвуковий метод.Всі вони відносяться до методів діагностики з відкритою границею розділу порода-вугілля. Акцентується необхідність створення нових датчиків контролю розділу границі вугілля та породи для комбайнів, які працюють в гірничих умовах.

З’ясовано, що найбільш перспективними, з точки зору впровадження в дію у шахтних умовах є радіоізотопні малогабаритні датчики, які дозволяють контролювати границю розділу між вугіллям та породою безконтактним способом. Інші методи контролю, що розглядаються, не можуть бути впроваджені в процес безлюдної виїмки вугілля, однак можуть відіграти важливу роль в створенні інших цікавих напрямків та нових методів контролю границі розділу між породою та вугіллям, які дозволятимуть створювати системи автоматичного керування вугільно добувними комбайнами, що працюють в складних гірничих умовах.
