The influence of a shape of initial turbulence power spectrum on a velocity spectrum of moving particles caused by the turbulence in clouds and precipitation is analyzed in this paper. The particles contemplated are scatterers of electromagnetic field. The probable deviations of turbulence spectrum from Kolmogorov-Obukhov model are considered. Scatterers' velocity spectrum is a basis of Doppler spectrum by weather radar. That is why the results obtained must be taken into account both for construction of models of signals reflected from turbulized weather objects and for interpretation of remote sensing measurements in clouds and precipitation by Doppler radarsReferences
