Оne-theory unstationary linearly polarized models en-ondulyatornyh induction acceleration systems

The theory of nonstationary homogeneous and heterogeneous linear polarized models of ЕН-accelerators within one-particle approach was built. Possibility of usage in given systems the effects such as: effects of charged particles capture and charged particles reflection from the entrance is demonstrated. Criteria which regulate possibility of these phenomena appearance are formulated. Usage of this effect for creation of the systems of picoseconds electronic banches formation is suggested.
