Abstract

The armed aggression against Ukraine, which began in 2022, has led to catastrophic consequences not only for people, but also for the environment. The war has caused massive destruction of infrastructure, pollution of air, water and soil, as well as the death of flora and fauna. This issue remains very important and requires maximum attention, especially at the local and regional levels.
