Global Logistics Environment is developed quite unevenly. The author groups countries according to the level of logistics environment, countries with moderate level of logistics environment development, countries with limited level of logistics environment and countries with problem level of logistics environment. The work analyses efficiency index of development of logistics environment from the point of view of the world countries resulting in breakup among countries-leaders and countries-outsiders.References
