MODERNIZATION OF THE WORLD PARADIGM

Abstract

 Contemporary world politics reminds me of an old ship that was on a long mooring in a port, and now weighed anchor and slowly drifts to another. After a long standing cracking seams someplace else there is an issue that has quickly patched, but the ship is moving - constantly and appears to have irreversibly.
