In this article the main areas of specialization of the CIS-countries are highlighted and the reasons for the weakening of their potential positions in the global geo-economic architecture of the world are examined. The ways of opportunities optimizing for the use of effective forms and methods of international specialization in order to enhance the national economies’ level of the region are offered.References
