Abstract

 The article is devoted to the research of the core determinants, forms and directions of corporate strategies transformation in the EU automotive sector, as well as the identification of major shifts in the business-models architecture of the companies within the sector, allowing them to hold leading competitive positions in the main segments of global motor vehicle market.
