POSITION MODERN CITIES IN THE GLOBAL COMPETITIVE MODEL

The specifics of contemporary urban competition model are the object of this article. The recent methodological approaches to competitive position determination in terms of global city network are put under exploration. The main attention is focused on analysis of “urban niche overlap” concept which takes its origins from biological statistics.References
