TRANSNATIONALIZATION AS AN ELEMENT OF MODERN PARADIGM OF GLOBAL MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Transnationalization - the most important and also the main mechanism of general processes of globalization. It is the most essential element and one of the main contours of regulators to ensure the unity of the functioning of the world economy. Because TNCs and related transnational banks are financial and commodity flows that determine the development of the world economy. They are the leading factor of economic globalization, placing parts and stages of reproduction processes in different countries. These factors and determine the relevance of this study.References
