Abstract

 Implicit agreements are fairly common in the modern economy. The word "implicit" comes from the English implicit (implied, expressed implicitly). It is also believed that an implicit agreement - an agreement orally, not in writing, a verbal agreement. In addition, the implicit are various unwritten social norms, rules of conduct. The literature on institutional economics implicit agreement is often called attitudinal.
