The article is devoted to issues of public-private partnership in and the possibilities of its application in the development of air transport infrastructure. The essence of the concept of publicprivate partnership is considered, its main features and forms are given. A general analysis of the formation of a public-private partnership at the airport is carried out on the example of the four stage formation of the concession agreement.References
