PUBLIC SECTOR OF ECONOMY IN THE DIMENSIONS OF MODERNIZATION STRATEGIES OF UKRAINE

The article analyzes the problem of the public sector in the dimensions of social policy of the Ukraine. It is shown that the development of the public sector in perspective can proceed in four stages. Performance evaluation of public sector organizations are correlated with performance analysis. In practice, this leads to an increase in socially significant services for the population, enhance the efficiency of macroeconomic tools to improve the efficiency of operation of the subsystems of public sector, will allow to avoid disparities in the formation of socially oriented economic activity, will increase the standard of living of the population in order to reach the European level of consumption.References
