The article is devoted to the study of modern tendencies of the world market in the context of Ukraine's development strategy. The availability of financial resources that can be transformed into foreign direct investment and analyzed in detail the features of the functioning of financial markets in the global environment and the impact of financial globalization on their institutional infrastructure are analyzed.
