NEW TRENDS IN FOREIN TRADE RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT AND RISKS OF ‘NEOROTECTIONISM’

Up-to-date trends in foreign trade relations development are singled out, tariff and non-tariff protection tools of commodity producers’ economic interests within the terms of free market are revealed in the article. The special attention is drawn to the advantages and risks of economy ‘openness’ as well as of ‘neoprotectionism’. The peculiarities of free trade zones and free trade zones Plus are examined, taking up tariff quotas on commodities export to EU countries by Ukraine is summed up.
