Abstract

In the article has been analyzed philosophical concepts of freedom and responsibility of the individual in the context of global problems of humanity.The attention is focusing into researching of unconscious mental factors that actively influence to the personal behavior and the choice of her or his valuable orientations in conditions of the development  information society.
