INFLUENCE OF MONETARY POLICY ON INFLATION: WORLD EXPERIENCE AND REALITIES OF UKRAINE

The article investigates the characteristics and trends in the use of monetary instruments the National Bank of Ukraine to achieve impact on inflation in the domestic economy, particularly in the global crisis of 2008-2009 and post- crisis period. It is shown that these tools were not sufficiently effective as to stimulate the real sector, and for ensuring price stability in the domestic economy. Also was considered the foreign experience of using monetary policy. Was suggested a number of practical recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of monetary policy instruments of stabilization in the domestic economy.
