CURRENT STATE AND DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS INNOVATIVE TOOLS OF NAS OF UKRAINE

In the article the current state and prospects of scientific organizations of the NAS of Ukraine was investigated. It is found that despite the existing strong scientific complex that capable to produce effective results of the European and global level, research organizations of Ukraine not act properly as the source of innovation and economic growth. It is proved that the key problem is the lack of demand for domestic scientific innovation in the domestic market mainly due to the absence of additional incentives for implementing innovation, reduction of material and technical resources, imperfect system of inventions transfer and commercialization and lack of researchers competence for attracting additional international financing, transfer and commercialization of research results. As a tool of innovative growth it is proposed the use of scientific models of corporate competencies by web technologies and management systems of researchers’ innovation competencies development.
