The article analyses characteristics of human capital developpment under the new economy. It reveals the evolution of the forms of human capital and the origin of the concept of creative capital, which includes, under the new ecionomy, such characteristics as creative abilities, creative mode of thinking, moral values, and the need to generate new knowledge and innovation.References
