INTELLECTUAL IMPERATIVE OF EFFECTIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

The phenomenon of intellectualization of the global economic development is analyzed. The objective trends in the evolution of the human intellectual capital, confirmed with theoretical and empirical studies of foreign and domestic scientists, are demonstrated. The positioning of the intellectual property in today's institutional system is performed. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the global intellectualization is exposed, the modern dilemmas of science are discovered and their criteria evaluation is performed. The potential and limitations in implementation of the innovative and intellectual potential of Ukraine is outlined.References
