RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FEDERAL FUNDS RATE, GDP AND INFLATION DYNAMICS IN USA IN 1961-2016

The aim of the paper is to study the relationship between federal funds rate, gross domesticproduct and inflation dynamics in USA in 1961-2016. The correlation analysis results reveal that the relationshipbetween the rate and inflation in US is much stronger comparing to the correlation between the rate and GDP growth.References
